SJECC programs are thoughtfully designed to deliver quality care in a safe and nurturing environment. Our classrooms are enriched with engaging, age-appropriate activities that support your child’s development and help them reach important milestones through fun, exploration, and play.
St. Jerome Early Childhood Center follows the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston Early Childhood Framework Guidelines. As a faith-based program, religion is intentionally woven into our daily curriculum to deepen each child’s understanding of our Catholic faith. Our Center is licensed by the State of Texas and adheres to all minimum standards, rules, and regulations to ensure the highest level of care and safety.
Infant Program (6 weeks – 11 months)
The Infant Program at SJECC provides a loving and nurturing environment where infants receive individualized care and support, fostering early social, emotional, and developmental growth.
Toddler 1 Program (12 – 17 months)
The Toddler 1 Program lays the foundation for a lifelong love of learning in a warm, caring environment. Children begin exploring their world through play, social interaction, and guided discovery.
Toddler 2 Program (18 – 24 months)
The Toddler 2 Program encourages learning through discovery, imagination, and play. Children continue developing independence, language skills, and social-emotional growth.
Toddler 3 / Preschool Program (28 – 35 months)
The Toddler 3 / Preschool Program builds the early preschool foundation and supports milestones such as potty training, self-help skills, and cooperative play.
Pre-K Program (3 – 4 years)
The Pre-K Program prepares children for Pre-K 4 and Kindergarten. Our curriculum combines STEM, theology, fine arts, music, dance, and sports to promote academic, social, and spiritual development in a fun, engaging environment.
