Knights of Columbus Council 4550

What we do

We are a local chapter of the world’s largest fraternal order of Catholic men, dedicated to Church and community service and devoted to the principles of charity, unity, fraternity and patriotism.  We are the visible arm of the Catholic Church and defender of Mother Mary.

We actively support many parish programs, such as the Fall Festival the Arts & Crafts Fair and Bingo, and sponsor a number of our own projects, including annual coat drive, , VA Visitations, Scholarship funds, the First Friday Family Fish Frys, the annual Free Throw Contest for youth, support of clergy and operation of a concession stand during July 4th Freedom Over Texas - City of Houston.

How often we meet

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month; a Red Rooster social is held every 5th Monday.

Time commitment other than meetings

Opportunities exist for anyone to devote as little, or as much, time on Council projects or programs as he wants, or is able, to spend on them.
